Hotel Policy

Check -In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3-9pm, and check-out time is by 11am. Please call us if you need to arrange an earlier or later check-in time, or a later check-out time.

Diet Restrictions:

Please notify us in advance if you require special food preparation due to dietary preference or medical reason.

Children:

Please let us know if you are bringing children with you. The Inn is not suitable for children under the age of 10.

Pet:

Due to guests allergies, pets are not permitted in the property. However, we will gladly recommend Kennels in the area.

Bookings and Cancellations:

To confirm a reservation a deposit equal to a 1-night stay is required. For a longer stay, a deposit equal to one-half of the reserved nights is required, rounded down in the case of an odd number of nights. 

As a small business, and due to the size of our hotel, please understand that cancellations affect us significantly. If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days before the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $20 cancellation fee per room reserved. If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days before the date of arrival, you are responsible for the entire amount of reserved time, except to the extent we are able to re-book the cancelled room(s).

Holidays:

Please note that every year the Fairville Inn will operate with limited services on Christmas Day. For questions or concerns, please call the reservations team at 610.388.5900.

SMOKING & DAMAGES:

No smoking is permitted in rooms or in the Inn’s common areas. Failure to comply will result in a $250 cleaning fee.  Smoking is permitted on decks and the grounds but please be mindful of non-smokers around you.
